A little more about me
I’m a Houston-based photographer who specializes in couples, seniors, and weddings — all that good stuff. I’m all about capturing real, authentic moments that feel like you. Whether you’re celebrating love, a milestone, or just want to romanticize your life a little — I got you.
Now that you know a little bit about what I do, let me tell you a little more about me.
I like to say photography kinda just fell into my lap. Senior year, I just wanted to take some easy classes. I’d already finished all my credits (could’ve graduated early, honestly… but I didn’t 🤷🏽♀️), so I signed up for photojournalism thinking, “Why not?”
At first, I was a sports photographer — yep, on the sidelines snapping shots for the yearbook. I covered softball, basketball, track, and even a school play-slash-comedy show thing called BBFP ( I think, don’t quote me on it😶). I did football too… but I’m not gonna lie, football wasn’t my strong suit 😭. The rest I loved — but football had me fighting for my life, tryna catch a decent shot.
That’s really where I got my start. And once I picked up a camera for portraits? My love for photography grew tenfold. From then on, I knew this was something I wanted to do for a while.
My first “real” shoot was with Miss Garrison — shoutout to her forever. She had me photograph her daughter’s friend group, and that shoot opened my eyes. I was like, wait… this is FUN. That, along with the support from Miss Sparks, helped me realize this could be more than just a hobby — it could be my thing.
I’ve done a lot of things in life. Tried different hobbies, different paths. But nothing has stuck like photography has. I love capturing a moment, editing it, and seeing people fall in love with how they look — even if I’m doubting a photo, they see something beautiful in it. That means everything to me.
What it’s like working with me 📸
Let me just say: I’m fun. I’m a little chaotic (hi, ADHD 👋🏽), super hype, and I love what I do. If we’re shooting together, I’m your biggest fan that day. I’ll be hyping you up the whole time, making you laugh, and helping you feel like your best self in front of the camera.
A lot of people think they have to wait until they’re “perfect” to book a session — the perfect body, perfect timing, perfect outfit. But no. There’s so much beauty in just showing up as you are. I’m not here to capture perfection. I’m here to capture you — how you feel in the moment, how you laugh with your person, how you shine when you’re just being yourself.
That’s what I care about.
